Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using our Cerakote® application services ("Services"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of our Services. By engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with our Services.
Scope of Services 1.1. We offer Cerakote® application services for various surfaces, including but not limited to firearms, automotive parts, and accessories. 1.2. Our Services include surface preparation, application of Cerakote® coating, and curing.
Customer Responsibilities 2.1. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding the items to be coated, including any special instructions or considerations. 2.2. You acknowledge that certain items may require disassembly, and it is your responsibility to ensure that disassembly and reassembly are performed by qualified professionals. 2.3 Bison Armor Coatings offers disassembly and reassembly service for most items. In the event that an item cannot be disassembled and/or reassembled in a timely fashion, it will ultimately be the responsibility of the customer to have the item(s) disassembled and/or reassembled prior to and/or after Cerakote® coatings have been applied. Bison Armor Coatings reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for such service and will not be responsible for any outside disassembly/reassembly fees incurred by the customer. 2.4. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the items being submitted for Cerakote® application, including but not limited to firearms laws.
Liability and Limitations 3.1. We shall exercise reasonable care and skill in providing our Services. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to defects in the items submitted for coating or third-party actions. 3.2. We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the misuse, mishandling, or improper storage of the coated items after delivery. 3.3. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our Services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or damage to personal property. 3.4. Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with our Services shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the specific item(s) that are the subject of the claim. 3.5. We shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of items coated by us, including but not limited to firearms.
Intellectual Property 4.1. You acknowledge that any trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property associated with our Services are the exclusive property of their respective owners. 4.2. You may not use, reproduce, or modify any intellectual property associated with our Services without obtaining prior written permission from the respective owner(s).
Confidentiality 5.1. We will treat all information provided by you as confidential and will only use it for the purpose of providing our Services. 5.2. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction 6.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon. 6.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Oregon.
Modifications to the Agreement 7.1. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. 7.2. Continued use of our Services after any modifications to the Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
